Message from the Interim Division Chief
The Division of Endocrinology at Case Western Reserve University has been recognized nationally and internationally for many years for its academic contributions in many areas within endocrinology. As such, the Division has been on the US World and News Report list of “Best Hospitals” for several consecutive years. The Division has made important contributions in several of the disciplines within the field of endocrinology including diabetes mellitus, thyroid cancer and other thyroid illnesses as well as diseases of the pituitary and adrenal glands. Its mission includes excellence in patient care, research and education.
The Division continues to grow with time. Faculty members are located at University Hospitals/ Case medical Center and/or the Louis Stokes VA Medical center. The Division faculty and all educational programs at case MedicalCenter are fully integrated with those at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center. The Division include nine MD faculty members and one PhD scientist.
