Welcome to the Division of Rheumatology at Case Western Reserve University. The Division is widely recognized as a center for superb health care, offering unsurpassed education and cutting-edge clinical research.
The Division of Rheumatology treats a host of rheumatic diseases, directs a number of local and national research projects on basic and clinical rheumatology and trains post-doctoral fellows. Services include treatment of ::
- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Sjögren’s syndrome
- Fibromyalgiaand inflammatory muscle diseases
- Common arthritic problems, such as osteoarthritis
In addition to patient care and basic and clinical research, the Division of Rheumatology’s post-doctoral fellowship program, through the Case Western Reserve University Department of Medicine, is nationally-recognized and is fully accredited with commendation - the highest honor - by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
